Supply Design Files
We like to work with designers and like to think of our relationship as a partnership and, as with
any partnership a great outcome depends on partners working together. We will do our best to
deliver the best possible quality to you, to do this we ask that you check the Artwork guidelines to
ensure that your work proceeds quickly and efficiently to a successful outcome to the benefit of
everyone.
We work with a PDF workflow therefore supplying a correctly set up print ready PDF will not only
result in a faster delivery time to you but also we can print to the full capabilities of our systems.
All critical images and text should be kept at least 5mm from the trimmed edge.
All Fonts to be converted to curves/paths in the native application.
Digital printing is a CMYK process and not spot colour, we try to match as close as
possible to hard copy supplied.
Please do not assume that the colours you see onscreen or print out on your own
printer are a correct match to the final printed item.
All bitmaps/photos should be supplied at 300dpi at full size and converted to CMYK
All graphics/text must be supplied as CMYK.
All transparencies must be flattened.
If Possible do a pre-flight for Digital Printing(Colour)
Supplying Artwork Guidelines
We reserve the right to charge for any necessary amendments to supplied
artwork files if they do not meet the above criteria. Please note that MS
Office or OpenOffice files are not compatible with Professional Printing
technology and hence cannot be used, we may be able to convert the files
to a PDF format, if you have these formats please contact us.
Please supply all artwork 1-up, we will handle imposition. If your artwork requires
bleed, then please supply 2mm bleed.
If you are supplying design files please follow our guidelines. If you are creating a
PDF with Photoshop please select {High Quality Print} from the Adobe PDF Preset.
Upload your files
Use our Upload facility to send us your files, there is
a 50Mb file size limit to each upload. You will also
require a password to submit your file, please phone
us on 01274 945460 to obtain a password.
